For prepaid orders, processing begins after successful payment.
For COD orders, confirmation may be required before processing.

  • Orders will be processed only after successful payment (for prepaid orders)

In case of pricing errors:

  • Oudhkari reserves the right to cancel orders placed with incorrect pricing

 Order Cancellation Rights

  • Accept or reject any order at its discretion

  • Cancel orders before or after dispatch in case of pricing errors or other issues

Jurisdiction & Governing Law

All terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow.

 Transfer of Rights

  • The contract is binding between the customer and Oudhkari

  • Customers cannot transfer their rights without prior consent

  • Oudhkari reserves the right to transfer or assign its obligations

Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)

Oudhkari is not responsible for delays or failure in service due to events beyond control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Strikes or lockouts

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Other unforeseen events

During such situations, delivery timelines may be extended.

 Service Availability

  • Oudhkari reserves the right to suspend or cancel services due to technical issues or security concerns

  • Access to services may be restricted at any time without prior notice
