At Oudhkari, we take pride in delivering premium handcrafted products inspired by the heritage of Chikankari. Since many of our items are delicately made, we follow a strict exchange-only policy to maintain quality and authenticity.

 

 

No Return Policy

  • Oudhkari does not offer returns or refunds on any products once delivered.

  • We request customers to review product details carefully before placing an order.

 

 Exchange Eligibility (Within 7 Days)

We offer easy exchanges within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Item should be in resalable condition

 

 How the Exchange Process Works

  1. Contact our support team at 9217921709 within 7 days of delivery

  2. Share your order details and exchange request

  3. Courier the product to our official address: Oudhkari -385 Rajendra Nagar , Lucknow – 226004

  1. Once we receive and inspect the product:

  • You will receive a store credit voucher

  • Issued within 2–3 working days

  • Valid for 6 months

  • Can be used across all products on the website

 

 Shipping Charges for Exchange

  • Return courier charges will be borne by the customer

  • Oudhkari does not provide reverse pickup at this time

 

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share images/video proof

  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or store credit

 

 Non-Eligible Cases for Exchange

  • Products returned after 7 days

  • Used, washed, or damaged items

  • Missing tags or original packaging
